This new brand of wedding entertainment called Live Band Karaoke is the ultimate party concept that has taken Australia by storm. The band invite you and your guests up to sing making any wedding an unforgettable night! The Karaoke band have had extensive experience in providing wedding entertainment both here and the UK, and have performed dozens of Rockaoke weddings. We also offer different wedding entertainment packages for various budgets from duos, 3 pieces right through to the creme d’la creme of full live wedding cover bands complete with singers and an MC.
HOW IT WORKS
The band are able to start the night with a dinner set or a light music set for drinks before dinner. This can also be an acoustic duo. Once the party is ready to go, the band play some music themselves to get everyone in the party mood. After a few songs, the wedding entertainment surprise kicks into gear with the band inviting guests up to sing songs from the song menu. As the band have a wealth of experience in playing weddings, all the songs available on this menu have been hand-picked to ensure a great party atmosphere all night long. All the songs are tried and tested and are guaranteed to keep the dance floor pumping and party jumping! Of course with enough notice we can tailor make the set list to include all the wedding party’s favourite tracks! The band can even learn some special songs for the bride and groom with enough notice making this such a unique and once in a lifetime experience.
The song menus are usually handed out to all the tables during dinner along with request forms for everyone to write down their selections. The MC then gathers the request forms, creates a set list and away we go! Lyrics are provided on a large screen for the singers and the audience to experience the thrill of being a rock star. No one wants to sing? Not a problem, the band are wildly entertaining by themselves playing all the party hits! This really is an exciting and brand new way to enjoy live music.
